Welcome to FindMyFitBuddy (\u201cthe App,\u201d \u201cwe,\u201d \u201cus\u201d). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Provider<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The App is managed by FindMyFitBuddy, registered with the Chamber of Commerce (KVK) [97161748], located in Helmond, the Netherlands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Accessibility<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      You must be at least 16 years old to use the App.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Some features are only available with the user's explicit consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      By using the App, you confirm that the information you have provided is correct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. User behavior<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Treat other users with respect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Harassment, abuse, hate speech, or inappropriate content is prohibited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The App may not be used for commercial purposes, spam, or illegal activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Safety<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Always meet in a safe, public location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          FindMyFitBuddy is not responsible for offline meetings between users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          You are responsible for your own behaviour and decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. Content & Ownership<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, profile information).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            By uploading, you give us permission to display this content within the App.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            We may remove content or block accounts that violate these terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            1. Termination<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              These terms and conditions are being violated,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              The App is being misused, or<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Harmful or illegal activities are taking place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              1. Liability<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                The App is provided \"as is,\" without any warranties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                We are not liable for any damage resulting from the use of the App.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  We may amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Continued use of the App means that you agree to the new terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                        In case of SMS verification, via Twilio<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                        For improving performance and troubleshooting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

                          We do not sell your data. We share limited data with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
